Additionally, we are required to keep all closed loan files for a period of no less than five years. If you have entered information on our web site that you would like to be deleted from our database, please contact custsvc@mthmortgage.com. However, keep in mind that we may not able to accommodate requests to delete submitted loan applications or closed loan information.
