To check the status of your loan simply log on at www.mthmortgage.com, using the ID and password provided to you upon the completion of your application.		To help keep you as informed as possible, MTH Mortgage will send you an e-mail notification every time your loan status is updated. From your loan status screen you will be able to see the progress of your loan. As soon as your loan is credit approved, you will be able to request a rate lock from this same screen. You will also be informed of any outstanding approval requirements.
